So an Austrian company decides how roaming clients are treated with outrageous fees in Serbia. But in Austria, Telekom Austria has to obey the EU upper limits for roaming.

While Orange (RO) takes only 43 Cent excl VAT per minute, regulated by EU laws, Telekom doughter VIP mobile takes with 3,16 EUR excl VAT per minute more than 7 times more!
